Children deserve the freedom to explore without constant interruption. Every material, finish, construction method and form is chosen so that a parent can step back.
Our safety commitments

- Thoughtfully constructed using stitching rather than glue or hard fastenings wherever possible
- Designed and reviewed in line with European toy safety standards, including the EN 71 series, and general child safety best practice
Adult supervision is recommended for children under three. Play materials are not a substitute for a safe home environment - check seams, cords and other parts regularly and retire or repair anything that has worn.
What we make things from
Reclaimed textiles
Upcycled cotton, denim, canvas and jersey, sorted by hand, washed at high temperature, and re-cut. Every batch is unique, so no two pieces are identical.
Cotton cord
Undyed or naturally dyed cotton, tested for strength and made to a safe length.
Care & repair
Repairable rather than disposable
- · Fabric pieces wash at 30°C; use a laundry bag for small items and air dry.
- · Send us anything that has torn - we repair rather than replace where we can.
- · When a companion is truly finished, send it back and we'll return the materials to a new piece.
